Position: Company Secretary (from Listed co)
Qualification: CS
Experience: 10 to 15 years

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities● Preparation of board/committee meetings - agenda, minutes, etc
● Handling of Compliance requirements Companies Act (including IEPF), SEBI LODR, PIT
Handling corporate actions like dividend, bonus and buyback, postal ballot process,
appointment/ reappointment of directors
● Liaising with RTA relating to shareholders queries, complaints
● Automation of secretarial processes
● Handling of shareholders meetings
● Indian and foreign subsidiary secretarial matters 8 Drafting of representations to Govt agencies etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
● Hands on experience in Secretarial Compliance requirements, working proficiency in SEBI
LODR and Companies Act, board, committee meetings - agenda and minutes preparation,
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with independent working skills and
proficiency in all relevant laws.
● IT skills good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
● Strong linguistic and communication skills
● Team player with an eye for detail and time management skills
● Positive attitude
