Solution Architect Job Location: Nagpur/ Pune/ Dubai Year of Experience-10+ years Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities 1. Understanding Business Requirements: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data integration needs and requirements. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design. 2. System Design and Architecture: • Design end-to-end data integration solutions using ETL, considering scalability, performance, and security. • Develop architectural solutions that align with the bank's overall IT strategy. 3. ETL Expertise: • Possess in-depth knowledge of ETL products like Informatica or Talend. • Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices within the ETL ecosystem. 4. Real time data streaming: Experience on implementing real time data streaming architecture using ETL tool 5. Data Integration: • Implement data integration solutions to facilitate the seamless flow of data across various systems within the bank. • Address data quality and consistency issues during the integration process. 6. Performance Optimization: • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in ETL workflows and mappings. • Optimize data integration processes for efficiency and speed. 7. Security and Compliance: • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data during integration processes. • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations. 8. Collaboration with IT Teams: • Work closely with other IT teams, including database administrators, developers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure a cohesive and well-integrated solution. • Provide technical guidance and support to the development and operations teams. 9. Documentation: • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the implemented data integration solutions. • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. 10. Project Management: • Manage and lead data integration projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Required skills • Good communication and time management skills. • Good organizational skills. • Sound understanding of data. Hands on experience in DWH, Data modelling, Schema designing. • Proficient with SQL. • Proficient with MS-Office. • Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment. • Good analytical and decision-making skills.Job tags
