Position: Business Development Associate

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable individual to fulfill the role of Business Development Associate at Fidelitus Corp. This position involves working closely with our Project Director, accompanying them on client engagements, business development activities, and providing comprehensive support in various project management tasks. The ideal candidate will be a confident and articulate individual with exceptional communication skills in English and a background from a top MBA college. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Business Development:

· Accompany the Project Director to client meetings, presentations, and networking events.

· Assist in building and maintaining client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

· Contribute to business development efforts through market research, lead generation, and proposal preparation.

2. Project Management Support:

· Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities under the guidance of the Project Director.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required for project meetings and reviews.

3. Administrative Assistance:

· Manage the Project Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travel accommodations.

· Handle correspondence, emails, and other communication on behalf of the Project Director.

· Perform other administrative tasks such as expense management and record-keeping.

4. Communication and Coordination:

· Act as a liaison between the Project Director and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages accurately and promptly.

· Facilitate effective communication within project teams, ensuring clarity of objectives and deliverables.

5. Travel Requirement:

· Travel extensively across India with the Director for client engagements, business development activities, and networking events.

· Ensure all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, are coordinated efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree from a recognized university; MBA from a top-tier institute preferred.

· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in project management or consulting.

· Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

· Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

· Flexibility to travel as required for client engagements and business development activities.
