Sales Support Manager

What we’re seeking:
As a Sales Support Manager for Frontier’s Consumer Sales organization, you will play a crucial role in the field support, insight development, and overall execution of the sales team. You will focus on enabling sales success and performance for the organization. You will support numerous channels and functions to ensure customer satisfaction and performance management, by removing obstacles, motivating, and providing support at various levels. If you are results-driven, customer-focused, with a passion for sales and team environment, we invite you to join our team. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.
What we need in you:
We need someone with exceptional interpersonal & professional communication skills and organizational aptitude that possesses the ability to create excitement around a product and generate buy-in on several levels. If you thrive on creative problem solving in a sales enablement role and are quick to adapt to a fast paced changing environment, then this position could be a great fit for you.
