Job description

• Reporting to the APAC Commercial Operations Director, the Analyst will improve the Commercial Operations of our teams through use of data, analytics and strong internal relationships
• The Commercial Insights Lead will own the reporting of all Key Account and Distributor Performance, manage platforms and reporting of key data points for regional senior leadership, project manage prioritized regional projects and pilots

Major Accountabilities (Main results of the job to be achieved )

The role will be varied and include:

• Key Account & Distributor Reporting & Analytics (50% of time)
• Serve as the single point of contact for regional Key Account reporting including Watsons, Guardian, Mannings, Costco, Essilor Luxottica plus others
• Servce as the single point of contact for regional distributitor reporting through DistributEye platform. Assist markets in building reports for measuring distributor performance.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand their KA strategies and provide analytical support and models to assist with reviews and reporting in QBRs etc
• Project Management (30% of time)
• Gather, compile and organize data points and form reporting mechanisms for regional projects identified by the VP and Director of Commercial Operations. Including but not limited to; SimplifEye, NPLs, Marketing Excellence and Pricing.
• Prepare and maintain clear and accurate data for leadership decision making and actionable tasks for monthly reviews
• Ensure collaboration between Commercial Operations team members and Regional cross functional partners.
• Everest Dashboard (20%)
• Lead the deployment, launch and management of the Everest dashboard in all APAC markets (2024 markets include Hong Kong, Singapore, India 2.0 and Regional KA)
• Hypercare lead role to partner with markets to prepare for launch, including data maintenance, reporting, project managing all stakeholders and training.
• Complete monthly and quarterly data maintenance of new KA account changes, and validate data prior to QBRs and reviews.
• Co-ordinate and liaise as the single point of contact with International CommEx and Key Accounts to ensure reporting and automation is maintained

Components Minimum

Education University Degree or equivalent; in Business, Finance or a related discipline

Experience

• Background in financial/sales force effectiveness/analysis of 3-5 years combined with strong business and sound commercial acumen Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP Packages.
• Power BI, Power Pivot and any other business analytics tools experience will be beneficial Prior experience as an analyst in pharma, FMCG or medical devices Prior experience in sales force effectiveness, segmentation and territory management
• Experienced managing and analyzing large and complex datasets, and ability to communicate insights in a simple way
• Experienced in working across functions and matrix organizations, strong ability in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a great Variety of people
