Job description
The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for design and development of precise mechanical fixtures, for use in a high-accuracy alignment measurement system. Person needs to actively coordinate with the machining vendors in making of high-quality components in a time-bound manner, and should plan, effectively communicate the progress of work to the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering
Expertise in 3D modeling/CAD software
Experience in mechanical design, geometrical tolerancing, stress analysis, and prototyping
Excellent knowledge of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
