Monitoring Equipment : Utilize various monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasonics to assess the condition of machinery and equipment.
Data Collection and Analysis : Collect data from sensors, instruments, and monitoring devices installed on critical equipment. Analyze the data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that may indicate potential issues or failures.
Predictive Maintenance Planning : Use the insights gained from data analysis to predict equipment failures and plan maintenance activities accordingly. Develop maintenance schedules and strategies to optimize equipment reliability and uptime.
Fault Diagnosis : Diagnose the root causes of equipment failures or malfunctions based on data analysis and inspection findings. Determine the appropriate corrective actions needed to address the issues and prevent recurrence.
Risk Assessment : Assess the risk associated with equipment failures and prioritize maintenance activities based on the criticality of the equipment and the potential impact on operations.
Asset Management : Maintain accurate records of equipment history, maintenance activities, and performance data. Use asset management software and systems to track asset health, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
