About the Position --Assistant Manager-Recruitment(Non-IT)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills, based in Delhi/NCR who has a solid track record in hiring mid to senior-level positions only for non-IT companies. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience is required for this role. This is a full-time role at our Head office in Gurugram. Candidates having experience and expertise in non-IT hiring only shall be preferred.

Responsibilities & Experience

Must be presently working in a full-time role in a reputed recruitment consultancy/organization in a hiring/recruiter role Experience in non-IT hiring for mid to senior-level positions as an individual contributor for functions like Sales, Training, Legal, Customer Care, admin, etc. Expertise in sourcing from different job portals Managing the complete recruitment cycle Salary Negotiation Excellent Communication skills and Interpersonal skills. Must be based in Delhi NCR

Qualifications

MBA-HR/Graduate with 4-5 years of experience only in non-IT Hiring for mid to senior-level positions.
