Position: Design Manager
Experience: 8 to 10 Years Qualification: B.E./M.E. in Mechanical/Production CTC: 10 to 12 LPA depending on experience and qualifications. Preferred Industry Sectors: Material Handling Systems Machine/Equipment Manufacturing Machine Tools Packaging Equipment Special Purpose Machines Mass Finishing & Industrial Cleaning Equipment Job Description: The Design Manager will be responsible for complete management of the Design Team. This includes drafting, understanding and guiding team members in 3D Designing including part design and assembly, complete & detailed 2D drawings of the components & assemblies, BOM. To effectively handle this role, the person should have previous experience in designing & preferably knowledge of basic design parameters, raw materials, & standard sizes as well as machining process. The design manager will have to work closely with other members of the team as well as purchase and production and planning department to ensure timely completion of projects. The main responsibilities include managing and guiding team members, maintaining complete and systematic data of all the designs and drawing of the projects timely completion of design projects, co-ordinating with purchase, production, and planning departments. Required Skills (General): M.S. Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint Data Management ERP System knowledge (Preferrable) Project Management Team Player Effective Management Capabilities Required Skills (Technical): • Proficient in 2D and 3D Designing preferably SolidWorks. • Should have knowledge of manufacturing processes and raw materials. • Project Management If interested mail at [email protected]Job tags
