Job description

This role is best suited based out of Mumbai for individuals who are keen to work in the social enterprise space and education sector and have a strong passion for creating on-ground impact. Candidates with a strong academic background will be preferred.

Probation period: 3 months

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai - Hybrid (3 days office and 3 days work from home)

Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Strong interest in Social Impact Space.

Prior work experience requirement: 4+ years. 

Languages: English, Hindi

Reporting Structure: The Project Associate - Growth will report to the Founder & CEO of TribesforGOOD.

The role will give you the opportunity to work closely with the Founder & CEO of TribesforGOOD. You will get to learn from a learning and growth-driven environment that also fosters individual development. Some of the different areas that you will enjoy being involved with include:

  1. Interacting with Gen Z and millennials and understanding their interests and perspectives: At TFG we believe that the youth holds the potential to create a better tomorrow. You will get to interact closely with our student cohorts and help execute projects and campaigns keeping in mind their interest areas and skill sets.
  2. Strengthening partnerships: Our partner organizations play a pivotal role in the successful strategizing and execution of our campaigns. You will get to learn from understanding their work and forging strong relationships with them.
  3. Strategy-based learning: You get to understand the growth strategy of the organisation and understand how our campaigns and projects align with the strategy. This will also help in aligning your communication strategy and interactions with different stakeholders. 
  4. Knowledge enhancement: You will get to learn more about and delve deeper into key issues surrounding our main areas of work such as environment and climate change, education, financial inclusion, and gender-based issues. 
  5. Explore and express creativity: T he projects and campaigns that TFG works on are diverse in nature and can be online, on-ground, or hybrid in nature. You will get to use your creativity to make these interactions engaging and also ensure that all stakeholders are able to derive value.
