Role and Responsibility

• Supervise day-to-day accounting entries and/or reconciliation.
• Sales, prepare invoicing and prepare work orders, payroll, accounts payable, expenses, fixed assets, cash, bank reconciliations, and allocations.
• Support to banking Operations: Online transactions
• Ensure the collection is done in a timely manner.
• Compliance with TDS, PT, GST, etc. includes timely preparation and submission of relevant returns, statutory payment thereof, and return filling.
• Track budget overshoot reasons and improve budgeting accuracy with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Legal Agreement Preparation
• Must have knowledge Tally PrimeÂ
• E-invoice and E-way bill, GST and TDS return
• Portal data reconciliation for GST and TDS both.
• Responsible for each accounting task assigned
• Import-Export, ODI, LC, Transaction Knowledge
• Cash flow, ERP Next, Income tax, complaints Knowledge
• PO inprocess/Issue/Confirm/Verify
• Experience in the solar energy industry or related field
• Understanding of solar technology and products
