Company Description Maxvolt Energy is an Electric Vehicle Company based in Noida that is focused on lithium battery technology and all other battery-related solutions for the automotive industry, health equipment related battery, and toys battery.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities that include communicating with potential clients, creating sales strategies, training the sales team, managing sales, developing dealers network and providing quality customer service. The goal of the Territory Sales Manager is to grow the business and increase revenue.

Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota for territories and projecting expected sales volume from each of customers/partners Responsible for sales of Company products and revenue generation in the territories as per the annual business plan. To develop business opportunities and offer continuous support to the Company Teams and customers. Assessing the potential market / lead and acquisition of new potential Customers (ESS, EV 2w/3w, SSL, LiIon Applications etc) in the regions. To improve the market share of SBU products in the territory. Develop new sales strategies and ensure implementation of the same by adding more Customers/ Business partners. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, thereby encouraging retention. Manage excellent customer satisfaction index (90%+) by conducting survey and addressing concerns, if any. Ensure appropriate monthly and quarterly forecast/projection of products/inventory/stock to help factory to produce and make timely delivery of the products to the customer. Responsible for introducing / streamlining the processes to optimize the business functioning in the territory. Possess excellent knowledge about the geography and industry. Leading from the front and setting an example to all the team mates/colleagues. Must possess the required entrepreneurial flair and strong networking skills needed to market a business effectively. Promote the company brand to key Customer, ensuring their knowledge is current and appropriate. Sharing knowledge and expertise in a highly professional manner. Generating new business both in face to face meetings and over the phone.

Own Vehicle Mandatory

Qualifications Minimum 4 years of sales experience in Electric Vehicle (EV)/ Battery/ Solar industry/Electricals – must be in Channel Marketing (Dealers) Strong communication skills to communicate with clients and sales team Sales mindset to create sales strategies and meet sales goals Customer service experience to provide quality service to clients Ability to train and manage a sales team Sales Management experience is a plus Experience in the Lithium Ion Battery, Electric Vehicle, Solar industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Note: Candidates having experience in the battery industry will be given more preference.
