JD FOR REQUIRED CANDIDATE IN E-TRADE Managing & maintaining Cisco Unified Call Manager 9.x, 10.x, Cisco Unified Presence 9.x & Unity Connection 9.x). Creating Extension Mobility, Device profile & End user profiles. Handling IP Telephony basic Issues/Service Calls raised by Customer. Configuring user for Jabber. Resolving Jabber for Business calling issue. Configuring Route Pattern. Configuring CSS, Partition if required by customer to provide him calling feature. Complete MACD Support, including addition of phone in CUCM and configuring all the feature according to customer requirement. Troubleshooting video issue, Restarting/Resetting Media Player's remotely. Handling on-boarding and day to day issue. Configuring Agents and their skills into ICM. Scripting user extension in ICM to route Agents calls. Configuring and Troubleshooting user s in Knoahsoft recording tool. (1.) Brining new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress. (2.) Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning (3.) Individual should have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results. (4.) Supervise and coach Team Leaders, Managers on weekly basis (5.) Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations
