Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
ï'· Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services
ï'· Should be able to explain the product and its benefits to the customers
ï'· Resolving customer queries
ï'· Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction
ï'· Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information
ï'· Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Education and Experience:
ï'· The candidate should be from a Financial background and has very good written and verbal
communication skills
ï'· Candidate must be a graduate from any stream
ï'· Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
ï'· Candidates from banking and insurance background are preferable
ï'· Proficiency in relevant computer applications
