Job description
Strategize, support and execute corporate communicationsactivities to deliver on building organic and positive brand story and employeeengagement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Planning, developing and implementing PRstrategies
- Managing enquiries from media, individuals andother organizations
- Researching, writing and distributing pressreleases (along with our PR Agency)
- Managing LinkedIn profile of the R&D head
- Analyzing media coverage
- Draft content for all communication needs of thecompany including blogs, articles, emailers, press releases among others
- Serve as conduit through which most companycommunications flow through for approval, review and editing prior to beingdistributed in a widespread internal manner to ensure consistency and alignmentwith corporate initiatives and brand positioning Internal
- Strategize and execute scalable internalcommunications strategy to provide timely communications to all levels of theorganization
- Identify and implement different tools andchannels for effective internal communication
- Own and manage the organizational (employee)newsletter, coordinate with various departments to get input and work withcreative agency to execute the newsletter within the prescribed timeframe
- Own, develop and manage calendars of keymessages to ensure consistent, relevant and timely delivery of internalcommunication material and to avoid message conflicts Skills, Knowledge &
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of work experience in contentcreation, PR or Corporate Communications
- Proficiency in English complemented withexperience in writing business communication is a must
- Detail oriented and driven to ensure high levelsof quality in work
- Experience in healthcare and pharma will be anadded advantage
- Bachelors degree
