**Job Summary:**

As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conduct interviews, and contribute to the overall success of our recruitment initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.

2. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

3. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to negotiating job offers.

6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, market salary rates, and talent acquisition best practices.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or in a similar role.

3. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.

4. Strong interviewing and assessment skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with hiring teams.
