We are hiring for Newsletter Manager for CryptoNewsZ which is a pioneer news media house covering news & events from the crypto and blockchain industry Who are we looking for? The Newsletter Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Cryptonewsz's email marketing strategy. This role demands a keen understanding of the crypto industry, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for engaging with our audience. Requirements Roles And Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop compelling and informative content for weekly/bi-weekly newsletters. Curate relevant news, updates, analysis, and insights from the cryptocurrency world. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to develop a comprehensive newsletter strategy. Identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement through newsletters. Audience Engagement: Monitor and analyze newsletter metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement. Segment the subscriber base to deliver tailored content and recommendations. Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate with the editorial, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of newsletters. Work closely with the content team to source and create exclusive content for newsletters. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing. Implement A/B testing for subject lines, content formats, and CTAs to enhance newsletter performance. Compliance & Integrity: Ensure that all newsletters comply with relevant regulations and best practices. Maintain the integrity and credibility of Cryptonewsz's content. Skills And Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the crypto or finance sector. Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and market dynamics. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
