ROLE

In this role, you will play a crucial role in the sales and marketing efforts in collaboration with the Business Development team. The primary responsibility of a Sales Support Analyst is to identify and generate potential business opportunities for the sales team through various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, event campaigns, and all other sources of information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and Targeting Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries Define target customer profiles and segments

Outreach & Communication Initiate contact with leads through emails, cold calls, or other communication methods Clearly communicate the value proposition of the PeopleScout services

Lead Qualification Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria Prioritize leads to focus efforts on those with a higher likelihood of conversion

CRM Management Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and relevant information. Ensure data integrity and consistency in the CRM database

Lead Nurturing Develop and implement strategies for lead nurturing, ensuring that potential customers remain engaged with the company over time Provide additional information and resources to educate and build trust with leads

Reporting Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management and use data to identify trends, assess the success of campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement

Skills & Qualifications:

Education Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field

Work Experience Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role in the Staffing/RPO industry Familiarity with CRM systems especially Salesforce and marketing automation tools Previous success in achieving and exceeding lead generation targets

Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to articulate the value proposition of products or services clearly and persuasively Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments

Sales and Marketing Knowledge Understanding of sales and marketing principles Knowledge of lead generation strategies and techniques

Customer-Centric Approach Focus on understanding customer needs and providing solutions Ability to empathize with potential clients and build rapport

Attitude Ability to work autonomously with flexibility to adapt to change Committed to continuous improvement and delivering excellence in customer service Works collaboratively with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to deliver effective and successful outcomes Uses organizational knowledge to maneuver through formal and informal channels to get things done quickly and effectively Consistently achieves positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance Highly proactive.
