Our client is Company of medical scrubs (dress for doctors and surgeons) who is looking for a skilled problem solver to join the team as an Product Manager - Digital. This company is Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This is the world s largest manufacturer of medical scrubs (uniform apparel). They distribute their products through multiple channels including 3rd party retail, wholly owned retail ecommerce sites, and corporate branded sites.

Job Position : Product Manager - Digital

Office Timing:  11 am to 8 pm or 12 pm to 9 pm

Weekdays 5 days

Location : Iscon Crossroads, Ahmedabad Gujarat

Experience Minimum 3 years

Job Summary

Careismatic Brands is looking for a Digital Product Manager responsible for helping define our B2B e-commerce site roadmap and oversee the execution and delivery of that roadmap. This position reports to the VP, Digital Product.

  Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help define the digital strategy for the B2B e-commerce site with a focus on a bestin-class B2B shopping experience.
• Help create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product vision, features, and timelines.
•  Collaborate with various teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define the product roadmap.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Understand the technical aspects of the product, working closely with engineers to make informed decisions.
•  Ensure product quality through testing, feedback analysis, and iteration.
• Utilize data analytics to track product performance, user behavior, and make datadriven decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate updates, and address concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

•  3 to 5 years of experience in digital product management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Understanding of back-end and front-end programming.
• Ability to develop data pipelines for tracking and analysis.
• Passion for building innovative products to solve business problems.
