Principle Engineer Process - Pharma & Biotech (m/f/x)
Your tasks: - Process capacity calculation
- Process PFD/ PMD design
- Process scheduling
- Mass Balance calculation
- Drain philosophy and calculation
- URS – Vial filling, inspection and leak detection, packaging, Lyophilize, Formulation Skid, Bioreactor, TFF, centrifuge, chromatography, etc.
- URS / Philosophy – CIP / SIP
- Process P& ID design
- Process description / GMP concept
- Water system design – PW, WFI, PS
- Men / Material movement
- Layout design / review
- Technical & commercial Bid Evaluation
- VDR – Vendor document review
- Knowledge of qualification and validation documentation and activities – FAT/ SAT/IQ/OQ
- Well versed at interdisciplinary co-ordination
- Well versed at cGMP guidelines
- Sound knowledge of ASME BPE/ ISPE
- Resource allocation
Your profile: - Qualification - Chemical (B.Tech /B.E/M.E/M.Tech)
- 8-10 years' experience in pharmaceutical engineering consultancies / pharma companies (Project division- of Injectable / Biologics facilities)
- Should be able to handle a team of 4-6 members.
- Should be able to perform as well as guide team for day-to-day activities
- Willingness to travel for client visits if required
