Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Architects and Interior Designers located in Lucknow. The architects and interior designers will be responsible for promoting the designs of aesthetic, functional, and comfortable environments for clients. They will develop the initial ideas and concepts for design projects and communicate ideas to clients for projects ranging from commercial and residential interiors to full-scale architectural building design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 2-5 years of experience designing residential and commercial spaces
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD), building information modeling (BIM), and visualization software such as SketchUp, 3D Max, and AutoCAD
• Demonstrated expertise in design principles, color, space planning, and materials selection
• Ability to develop detailed designs from conceptual sketches and drafts
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and contractors
• A strong portfolio showcasing excellent design skills and a deep understanding of design elements and principles that can help influence clients' decision making
• Experience in project management and coordination with contractors and suppliers is a plus
