- Handle restaurant operations
- Customer service - Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Customer concerns - Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Product Quality & Recipes - Regularly review product quality and make sure that it is made as per recipes
- Duty roasters - Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Indenting - Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance at restaurants
- Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Wastage Control - Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- MIS - Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Employee Trainings - Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices & SOPs
- Employee Satisfaction - Implement policies and protocols to maintain healthy environment at restaurants
Required Candidate Profile Candidate from similar industry with experience of handling restaurant individually as in-charge or second in line. Should have knowledge of various reports of QSR set up.
- Age - Up to 35 years
- Good English communication skills
- Open to work across Chennai in various shifts as per QSR standards
