Anokha Estates Pvt Ltd and Anokha Sands LLP, leaders in luxury holiday villa development and hospitality in the scenic Indian state of Goa, are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager. This unique role spans both companies, leveraging social media to promote our exceptional real estate projects and the unparalleled experiences offered by our villas. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for orchestrating our presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn, among others.

The core responsibility will involve curating, coordinating, and deploying engaging content including videos, photographs, and written materials, to not only sell our villas but also to ensure high occupancy rates for our nightly rentals. Constant engagement with our audience is crucial, as is the ability to drive both organic and paid growth on these platforms. Through strategic use of SEO and social media tools, the Social Media Manager will amplify our visibility and connect with our target audience across India and beyond, embodying our ethos of uniqueness and luxury.

### Job Requirements and Qualifications

**Job Requirements:**

- Expertise in managing and growing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. - Proficiency in content coordination, including the use of videos, photographs, and content writing to engage and expand our audience. - Demonstrated ability in constant audience engagement, aiming for high occupancy rates and villa sales. - Skilled in SEO and leveraging social media tools for organic and paid growth. - Capability to embody and promote the unique luxury lifestyle of Anokha Estates and Anokha Sands, reaching a wide audience effectively.

**Qualifications:**

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with exposure to the real estate and/or hospitality industries. - Strong understanding of the dynamics of both the real estate market and the hospitality sector, ideally with a focus on luxury properties. - Residency in Goa or a strong understanding of the Goan market and its unique appeal. - Exceptional communication and content creation skills, with a creative flair for capturing the essence of luxury living. - Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement, with measurable results in brand visibility and sales.
