Job description
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Create and implement lead generating plans to find possible clients. - To produce excellent leads, use a variety of channels, such as industry networks and internet platforms. - Work together to maximise lead generation initiatives with the marketing team. - Oversee and direct a group of inside sales agents who are committed to converting leads. - Define precise goals for lead conversion and offer advice on successful lead nurturing techniques. - Hold frequent training sessions to improve the group's abilities in converting leads. - Create and put into action successful lead-based inside sales tactics. - Examine lead data to find patterns and chances to increase conversion rates. - Closely collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to coordinate plans for optimal effect.
