Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager at Swathi Group located in Bengaluru. The Restaurant GM is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing P&L statements, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing budgets, hiring staff, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Ability to manage our 6 Andhra Cuisine speciality restaurants Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and managing budgets Proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service Experience in hiring, training, and leading a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: experience managing multiple restaurant locations, proficiency in multiple languages, and a passion for culinary arts.Job tags
