Populux HR is a leading Executive Search firm based in Kochi, Kerala, India We are hiring for our client , a leading FMCG (Food products) manufacturing company based in South India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based out of Bengaluru for a DGM (Marketing) with a leading FMCG (food) brand in South India located in Bengaluru. The individual will be responsible developing Marketing Strategies, Plans, Managing budgets and Setting up goal for Marketing Teams. Key Roles Devise , Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies for the brand growth Plan, Prepare and manage Marketing Budgets. Design Branding, Positioning and Pricing strategies. Conceptualize and execute on multichannel marketing campaigns. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives. Head Brand management & Marketing Communication . Set, Monitor and report on Marketing Team Goals. Manage Trade Marketing, ATL, BTL and Sales Promotions. Oversee Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaigns. Analyze Market Trends, Marketing Research and Consumer Insights. Plan New Products & Product Innovation Strategies. New Product Identification, Commercialization, Development & Launching. Co-Ordination with ,Production, R&D, Sales and other Departments. Responsible for achieving Overall Marketing & Branding goals . Qualifications MBA( Marketing) graduate with minimum 15 years experience in core branding /Marketing. Minimum 5 years should have worked at senior manager level. Should have minimum 10 Years experience in FMCG Food sector and handled reputed B2C brands. Should have experience New Products introduction, Product Innovations and Product launches Strong understanding of Food Products Marketing, consumer & market trends. Ability to head the marketing department with team spirits. CTC Range: INR 40 to 45 Lacs PA.Job tags
