Job Title : BA/Project ManagerExperience : 6+ YearsJob Title : BA/Project ManagerExperience : 6+ YearsLocation : Hyderabad (Preferable)/ Vizag /BangaloreJob Description :- 6 + years of hands-on experience as BA/Project Manager in Utilities DomainKnowledge on below core utilities areas is required :1. Metering and Billing Systems2. Renewable Energy Integration3. GIS (Geographic Information System)-manage GIS applications to map and analyze utility infrastructure4. Smart Grid Implementation5. Billing cycles etc- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.- Exposure of drawing UML and Use Case diagrams, Flow Diagrams via any tools like MS Visio, Draw.io etc.- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.- Should possess basic Project Management & stakeholder management skills along with Strong Communication skills.- Run workshops, Give presentations, trainings etc on the completed modules.- Should have executed projects per SDLC & Scrum/Agile methodology.- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.- Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation (ref:hirist.tech)
