Job description

1. Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data

2. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels

3. Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels

4. Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development

5. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for collecting and formalizing all project requirements

3. Interacting with the Business users, development & testing teams for effective delivery

4. Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood

5. Able to document the requirements, functional specification documents/ product backlogs

6. Responsible for bringing in new and innovative ideas

7. Estimate project deadlines on its perimeter

8. Identify, write and validate the use cases

9. Provide project reports and regular communication

Preferred : Bachelor of Business Administration
