They offer turnkey solutions for MW scale photovoltaic projects and manufacture high-efficient mono- and polycrystalline Photovoltaic/PV modules for on-grid and off-grid solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Design the Skill development program in consultation with Operational Department 2. Define the process of skill progression 3. Understand the support in process improvement 4. Define and publish OB for each activity on completion of time and motion study 5. Define Critical and non critical operations and ensure availibility of 5% of talent pool available for Critical positions (To fill the gap arrising out of Attrition) 6. Ensure for development of 30% of members to upgrade their skill from non critical to critical (Unskilled - Skilled) 7. Update skill Matrix across the function 8. Internal resourcing for smooth operations 9. Develop minimum 3 members per shift as Trainers 10. Develop 20 member per annum as multiskilled within production department 11. Develop 5 members per department as to move to higher levels 12. Update the displays, Books, write ups, as and when required. 13. Design and update the induction program PPT regularly 14. Retention of trained employees for minimum of 3 months & ensure attrition

15. Assign Buddy in the floor for new joiners in coordination with section head/HOD 16. Organize Felicitation program, team lunch along with Manager/Section head. (Issue of Uniform/Badge/Certificate on completion of training)

Requirements 1. Candidate with BE with operations experience of 8-10 years & willing to take up the role in L&D O r C andidate with MBA with L&D experience of minimum 6-8 years from a Manufacturing industry Or Retired candidate with operations experience in the age group below 65 years. 2. Should have handled end to end to end skill development activity 3. Good communication and influencing skill 4. Creative, analytical, accommodative and good in Presentation 5. Knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is essential.
