Qualifications 2-5+ years of experience in recruiting consultants for contract and full-time positions Experience with inbody shopping profile sales, resume marketing, and job board posting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, and Salesforce Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel Attention to detail, strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills Excellent negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment
