Role: Client Partner Work location - Delhi NCR

About the role:

As a Client Partner, you will work on offering solutions to clients and technology partners related to latest applications of Data and AI to solve complex business problems and demonstrate significant business value to various clients. You will lead and nurture the client relationships, drive account growth and penetration, further build Tiger as a partner of choice. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with a team of pre-sales, consultants, data scientists and data engineers. On a typical workday, you could be doing one or more of the following:

Drive revenue, presence and credibility for Tiger Analytics. Develop and nurture the technology partnerships in the market. Be the single point of contact for any partnership related engagement & opportunities to identify opportunities for growth Manage and build client relationships across clients. Focus on offering solutions to grow the partnership and client accounts: Understand client challenges and help translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear data and analytic problem statements. Drive go-to-market efforts (marketing, events etc.) in collaboration with technology partners and internal marketing team to build awareness and credibility for Tiger in the market Help understand gaps and work with wider team to drive more credentials for Tiger Work closely with the internal sales, partnership team and technical delivery to co-develop solutions, present solutions, and articulate business value for the customers Drive client workshops to identify high impact problems that could be solved through Data & AI based solutions. Demonstrate expertise in techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities. Perform a role that involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement and internal team management. Contribute to organization building through sharing best practices and latest Industry/technology trends.

Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience:

15+ years of relevant experience. Good understanding of the Data and/or Analytics space Consultative Skills to shape growth conversations. Expertise in winning Large RFPs in a structured and methodical fashion Industry experience / exposure to one or more of the following: BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Logistics. Solid understanding of sales processes/approaches. Experience of owning Sales and P/L targets Ability to aggressively pursue, prospect and develop new business opportunities from existing and potential clients Contributes to the revenue management process, including development and review of pipeline and establishment of revenue plan to achieve/exceed revenue goals. Entrepreneurial mind-set to be able to frame up and execute strategies to meet or beat the targets for Account Growth while being aligned to the company strategy and culture Reasonable familiarity with analytical problem solving and building winning technical solutions Outstanding communication, listening and presentation skills World-class people management, team building and inspiration skills. Super-high levels of “discussion-stamina”, to be able to talk to multiple external and internal stakeholders to make wins happen. · Ability to translate high level business problems to an analytics problem statement. Experience in pitching solutions to large clients. Experience in driving growth through partnerships/channels preferred MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
