Work Experience :
. Should be passionate about financial markets and strive to carve a space for oneself in the fixed income space. 4 years + working experience in financial market preferably in debt markets/ Dealer in Insurance or MF or PDs an added advantage.
Job Descriptions :
. Assisting the Fund Managers in managing debt portfolios in terms of duration views, tactical bets & other investment decisions to align portfolio positioning with current market views.
. Ensuring efficient execution of deals as mandated by the Fund Managers.
. Maintenance of Monthly Portfolio activity MIS
. Regular discussions and updates of market developments (domestic/global) with team
. Understanding various macro & micro variables and its impact on interest rates.
. Understanding of credit markets in India.
. Maintenance of daily MIS and preparation of various ad-hoc reports as required for taking appropriate investment decisions.
. Keeping updates of various regulatory developments from RBI/IRDAI/SEBI and its impacts.
. Regular interaction with market participants (counterparties / brokers) about market views and other information.
. Regular interaction with Arrangers/ DCM Members on updates on primary market deals.
. Ensuring compliance with the framework laid down by IRDAI and IC.
Other internal responsibilities
. Developing smooth co-ordination with team members in front office and mid & back office.
. Systems development / updates and full understanding of its costs and benefits.
. Cordial relationship with other departments of the company.
