Job Description:

We are seeking a Security Testing Specialist with a deep understanding of information security concepts, particularly in IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in defining test strategies, designing tests, estimating test efforts, and providing test summary reports. The candidate should also possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies for security testing of IAM solutions.
• Define test scope and approach based on project requirements.
• Estimate test efforts and create test plans.
• Conduct functional QA testing of enterprise-level applications.
• Understand and apply concepts such as self-service, automated approval process, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), attestation, separation of duties, and recertification.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations independently.

Mandatory Skills:

• Very good understanding of information security concepts.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and latest trends.
• Experience in defining test strategy, test design, test scope, test estimates, testing approach, and test summary reports.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with functional QA testing of enterprise-level applications.
• Good understanding of concepts such as self-service, automated approval process, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties, and recertification.
• Strong communication skills and independent stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)) are a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in security testing tools and techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
