Business Development Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities as well as maintaining relationships with current clients. The candidate will also be required to develop and execute sales strategies, participate in industry events and conferences, and analyze market trends. While this role is based in Jaipur, it offers some flexibility to work remotely.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Experience in market research and analysis
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent presentation, negotiating, and closing skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
