Job Overview:

We are seeking a Dynamic, Aggressive, and Result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building and leading high-performing teams, and establishing strong relationships with clients. This role requires extensive travel, with a commitment of at least 20 days per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

• Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, provide strategic partnerships, and expand the company's presence in the market.

• Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and work collaboratively to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals. Stay updated of industry trends and competitor activities for accurate decision-making.

• Team Development : Train, and mentor sales professionals. Foster a high-performance culture that emphas teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Travel Commitment
: Demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively, with a minimum of 20 days per month, to meet with clients, attend industry events, and oversee sales activities in different regions.

Reporting : Provide regular/daily and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of Min. 10 to 15 years
• Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the Telematics or related industry.
• Open to Travel PAN India(If Required).

• Strong business and strategic skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively, meeting the specified commitment.
