Job Title: Business Development Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing trends, possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record of driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

  - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

  - Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Business Development Strategy:

  - Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

  - Identify key target markets and segments, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

3. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  - Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

  - Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and fit with our services.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upsell opportunities.

  - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

5. Proposal Development and Presentation:

  - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  - Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

6. Contract Negotiation and Closure:

  - Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

  - Close deals and ensure timely execution of contracts and agreements.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

  - Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts.

  - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the digital marketing industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Availability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
