We are a Social Media and Influencer Marketing agency. We represent more than 30 content creators/storytellers. In addition to our exclusive blogger management, we design authentic, creative, and high-reach campaigns for companies in a wide variety of industries. We also use our expertise to support various companies in the design and implementation of social media strategies. To top it all off, we design unique events such as launch events for bloggers and companies, thus creating extraordinary experiences and sensations.

Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Location : Hybrid- Delhi NCR
Experience: Min. 6 months
What you need to do
· Creation and Development of clear and engaging content that is consistent with the Creators Gram brand image and addresses the business goals
· Analyzing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate business requirements.
· Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
· Performing content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed.
· Creating, adjusting, and managing the editorial calendar.
· Establishing style guides that specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content.
· Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research.
What we are looking for
· Bachelors / Master's degree in marketing / communications /advertising / journalism or related field.
· Proven content strategy & social media experience.
· Sound knowledge of content management systems, Graphic designing (including several tools), keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
· The ability to work under pressure.
· Strong content presentation skills.
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Exceptional marketing and collaborative skills.
· Effective communication skills.
