Position – Sales Operations Analyst Department – India & International Business

Job Description: • A cross functional role wherein the individual will work with Sales Reps, CSM, Field Operations Team and Finance. • Regular data check on SFDC to data hygiene. • Assisting Sales Rep with all the operational requirements within the scope. • Maintain a check list against opportunities & track docs needed to close a Trial or Closed Won opportunity. • Creating CPQ Orders in SFDC once the deal is closed. • You will be validating the PO & track docs for e-signatures. Ensure all docs are uploaded against an opportunity once the same is validated. • Working with Field Ops on collating the inventory & maintaining the records required for checks and audit. • SFDC Lead monitoring and status check. Requirements • Graduate. • Total 1–3 years of experience. • Minimum 1year of SFDC CRM hands-on experience. • Should be familiar with SFDC objects (Account, Opportunity, Leads etc) • Strong use of Microsoft Excel (V Looks ups and Pivot tables) • Ability to communicate effectively (e.g., written and verbal Must Have Experience on: • 1 year experience on SalesForce(SFDC) CRM. • Microsoft Excel Good to have knowledge on: • Configure Price Quote (CPQ) •Inventory Tools (NetSuite / Netskope)

Reports to: Associate Director Operations Location : Whitefield, Bangalore. Working Days: On-site: Monday to Friday : Day Shift
