Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and create reports
- Experience in the mining and metals industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Experience working with customers and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction is a plus
