Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and analytical transportation planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient transportation strategies to optimize the movement of goods and services. As a transportation planner, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, analyze transportation data, and contribute to the development of sustainable and cost-effective transportation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize transportation routes in the city and mobility planning. Analyze transportation data, including traffic patterns, delivery times, and fuel consumption, to identify opportunities for improvement. Design a traffic and transportation survey in order to gather data and offer insights. Develop and implement cost-effective transportation solutions without compromising on service quality. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies in the transportation network. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation processes and reduce inefficiencies. Qualifications: Postgraduate (Master's) degree in transport planning or a related field. Minimum experience of 10 years in transportation planning. Familiarity and experience in the preparation of transportation plans, city circulation plans, and mobility plans. Experience in designing and conducting transport and traffic surveys.
