Business Development Executive
Job description:
Due to rapid growth, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our international team as a Business Development Executive to help transform lives through innovative teaching solutions and technology.
What you'll do:
Identify, secure and negotiate opportunities for expansion and growth through research, field visits and outsourced services;
Detect new markets and market needs to grow business and sales;
Conduct business reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness;
Oversee all strategic projects, identify room for improvement and system enhancements;
Ensure proper planning of future developmental projects in alignment with the company strategy;
Prepare presentations on new projects and business development opportunities;
Coordinate the progress of different projects under study with internal and external stakeholders;
Anticipate market evolutions and competitors’ activities and suggest solutions based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats and viability of business partners;
Ensure that all financial performances are in correlation with the yearly budget and in alignment with the strategic business goals;
Prepare financial simulations to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential projects;
Identify, initiate and develop contacts with strategic business partners and potential clients generating revenues and attracting partnerships;
Draft agreements/business plans with potential partners ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
What we're looking for:
At least 3 years of proven experience and success in a business development role
Highly motivated, committed, with a genuine desire to succeed in sales
Excellent teamwork skills is a must with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Proven records in achieving & over achieving sales targets
Knowledge of Digital and New Media
Experience in the HubSpot industry is plus
Fluency in English is a must

Lead Generation Executive/ Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new business via the established channels (telephone and help desk system) and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the EstateMaster solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Writing press releases, online content and company articles for our online channels
- Assessing the results of marketing campaigns

Qualifications:
