Position : Recruitment Coordinator

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process within our organization. You will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team with administrative tasks, coordinating candidate communication and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Your organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask will be crucial in helping us identify and onboard top talent.

Responsibilities: 1. Support interviews, meetings and other recruitment-related appointments for candidates and hiring managers. 2. Coordinate interview logistics, including booking rooms, arranging video conferences and ensuring all necessary resources are available.

Candidate Communication: 1. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and information. 2. Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, when necessary, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Administrative Support: 1. Assist with the creation and distribution of job postings on various platforms. 2. Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records. 3. Prepare recruitment-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and interview agendas. 4. Collaboration: 5. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities and objectives. 6. Provide support during recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus recruiting activities.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or a related field preferred. 2. Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role preferred. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
