Job description
Installation & configuration of desktop, laptop, and peripherals Troubleshooting of hardware issues Software Installations, Email, outlook configurations Windows Installations & configurations Basic Networking Knowledge Document and update documentation on standard procedures Effectively communicate with end-users of varying technical capabilities and role via various channels (phone, email, Chat, etc.) to identify/resolve technical issues. Accurately document and update tickets in the tracking systems. Ability to maintain a personal queue of open requests. Asset tracking and management Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to end-user issues. Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support. Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources. Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues. Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service. Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. Keep a record of problems and their resolution. Good communication Skills to support Australian and US regions. Ready to work in Shifts.
