Role & Responsibilities :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Specialist include generating leads, managing sales, developing and delivering training, and creating marketing campaigns to promote the IP technology platform. The incumbent will also be responsible for sales management.

• Lead Generation : Identify and cultivate potential leads, build relationships, and drive opportunities for sales growth.
• Sales Management : Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Training Development : Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for both internal sales teams and external clients.
• Marketing Campaigns : Devise and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote our IP technology platform, engaging target audiences and driving brand visibility.
• Sales Leadership : Take charge of sales management activities, providing strategic direction and ensuring a cohesive and motivated sales team.

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record in sales
• Experience creating and delivering training
• Sales management experience
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
