Role: ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) Consultant Location: Remote Experience Preferred: 4+ Years

Job Description:

1.

Analysis and Requirements Gathering: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to revenue management. - Conduct thorough analysis to identify gaps and propose effective solutions using ORMB.

2.

ORMB Implementation: - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing solutions. - Customize ORMB to meet specific business needs, ensuring system integration and functionality align with client objectives.

3.

System Optimization: - Perform system optimization and performance tuning to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ORMB solutions. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices.

4.

Client Collaboration: - Work closely with clients to build strong relationships, understand their evolving needs, and provide ongoing support. - Conduct regular status meetings, training sessions, and workshops to ensure client satisfaction.

5.

Documentation and Training: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to ORMB configurations, customizations, and best practices. - Provide training to end-users and client teams on ORMB functionalities.

6.

Issue Resolution: - Investigate and resolve issues related to ORMB implementations promptly. - Provide timely support to address client concerns and ensure system stability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as an ORMB Consultant or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing solutions. - Strong understanding of revenue management processes and best practices. - Proficiency in configuring and customizing ORMB applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
