Job Overview:

As a B2B Marketing Assistant at DIMENSION PLUS you will work closely with and report to the Marketing and Communications Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to support the manager in executing comprehensive marketing strategies ensuring brand consistency and contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Manager.

Contribute creative ideas and content to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for various marketing channels including social media websites and email.

Collaborate with the manager to ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to gather insights into industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.

Compile and present research findings to the manager for strategy refinement.

Digital Marketing:

Support the management of the companys online presence through social media website updates and other digital platforms.

Assist in implementing SEO SEM and other digital marketing techniques.

Event Coordination:

Collaborate with the manager in planning and coordinating events webinars and workshops.

Assist in liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

Communication and Collaboration:

Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

Previous experience in a marketing role is desirable.

Familiarity with BIM and the construction industry is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a B2B Marketing Assistant or in a similar role.
  
• Proficient in market research techniques data analysis and statistical methods.
  
• Indepth knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  
• Familiarity with MS Office Spreadsheets and marketing software (e.g. Zoho CRM Zoho Projects).
  
• Knowledge of social media and web analytics tools (e.g. WebTrends).
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  
• Demonstrated creativity and commercial awareness.
  
• Ability to develop and execute marketing calendars.
  

Requirements Qualifications: Civil Engineering Background Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
