Position Summary: As the Lean Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Lean Transformation within our Division by implementing the Lean methodologies and delivering hands-on training to associates. Your responsibilities include eliminating waste in administrative, manufacturing, and support functions, measuring progress through established scorecards, and ensuring consistency and sustainability of Lean practices across the division.

Key Responsibilities: Guide and lead all Lean initiatives. Provide hands-on training to associates in Lean methodology and tools. Measure and report progress using the Win Scorecard and PLS Lean Journey Assessment. Develop and manage the Lean team as needed. Ensure adherence to Lean standards at the company for Site, Value Stream, and Team Improvement boards. Support Plant Lean Leaders through required and special team meetings. Review organizational structure and align resources for the Lean transformation. Develop Plant Lean Leaders with an emphasis on Division goals and objectives. Communicate the status of all Lean efforts to the Group Lean Manager. Provide documentation of results and benefits achieved through Lean assessments and scorecards.

Skills & Competencies: Analytical and technical skills for understanding business practices and recommending opportunities. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Innovative mindset embracing Lean enterprise principles and practices. A good knowledge of lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S’s, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma and Communication Tools, Statistical Problem Solving, ISO, QS9000 or similar. Has successfully led a minimum of ten (10) Kaizen events within a manufacturing environment. Has participated in numerous other Kaizen

Qualifications: 5-7 years of manufacturing experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Strong understanding of Lean principles and tools (Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Six Sigma, etc.). Successful leadership of a minimum of ten Kaizen events in a manufacturing environment. Participation in numerous other Kaizen events in both manufacturing and office areas. Understanding of financial measurements and goals in the Lean enterprise. Excellent communication skills.
