Job description

We are looking for a creative designer to create high impact minimalistic graphic designs for Inc42 Media. The Sr. Creative Designer would take ownership for end to end execution of design requests for Inc42's planned marketing campaigns, day to day marketing design requests and assists other team members on a time to time basis.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate & experienced B2C/Content/Media designer with proven success and a solid portfolio which makes the reader say wow!

Primary Responsibilities

• Design infographics, carousels for social media team with creative blend as and when required
• Fulfill multiple design requirements for Inc42 courses and events on a rotation basis including logos, backdrops, and related collaterals.
• Collaborate with marketing team for creative brainstorming and design innovation
• Ideate, innovate and evolve existing marketing design templates on a monthly or quarterly basis to make them go viral
• Collaborate with the function heads & different teams such as Editorial, Marketing, BrandLabs, DataLabs to incorporate feedback into design efforts.
• Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

Professional Traits

• 3+ years of proven working experience as Graphic/Visual/Creative designer.
• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to deliver constructive feedback on projects to the creative team & higher ups.
• Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation and communication skills
• Creativity and ability to execute responsibilities efficiently by cutting the loops.
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
