Position Mission: The primary goal of this role is to understand the client’s expectations about the payroll services/SLA, and deliver the result accordingly on a daily, weekly or as per the process set by the client.

The person will be responsible for tracking employee working hours, preparing compensation checks, calculating bonuses and allowances, and responding to contractor/candidate questions about wages and deductions. Responsibilities: Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets Processing timesheets and calculating employee work hours Calculating employee benefits and deductions, such as tax, NI (National Insurance) Preparing employee compensation checks using payroll software Preparing payroll reports Distributing payment statements Responding to candidates’ queries about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions Entering new employee/clients data into the company database Staying updated with HMRCs (His Majesty Revenue and Customs) rules and legislation Updating changes related to HMRCs (His Majesty Revenue and Customs) into payroll software Reviewing payroll reports daily/weekly/monthly basis before sending them to end clients Communicating with clients for queries related to payroll Verifying starter checklist/P45 of new candidates, and raising queries to candidates for missing details Providing P60 to candidates on demand

Essential Functions: Managing client delivery as per SLA Client communication and updates

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills Graduate/Post-graduate in Commerce 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Ability to handle confidential information Ability to prepare and present financial reports Good knowledge of MS Office Good written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of P32, P45, P46, P60, FPS, EPS, P11D forms Knowledge of pension submission
