As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence across various platforms. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and objectives.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms, ensuring it reflects the luxury and unique experiences offered by our villas.
Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the other team to ensure social media content is aligned with overall marketing campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for the brand.
Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track key performance indicators, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Implement paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Foster partnerships and collaborations with influencers and travel-related brands to amplify our brand presence.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Stay informed about social media policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in the travel or luxury industry.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Passion for travel and a good understanding of luxury hospitality.
